The 314 of Foynes is the story of the famous B314 flying boats and their vital role in the introduction of passenger flights across the North Atlantic. In addition, it documents the making of our very own replica Boeing B-314. The entire process was filmed from the beginning and includes a narrative of the process along with interviews with some of the crew that flew the B314's.

The Flying Boats of Foynes, created by the Museum in partnership with RTE, recounts the history of development of passenger flights across the North Atlantic. Many interviews with original crew from both sides of the Atlantic, visits Port Washington, Botwood and includes official opening of The Foynes Flying Boat Museum by Maureen O'Hara Blair in 1989.
