In a short space of time, the Foynes Flying Boat Museum has established itself as an important Irish Heritage site, receiving many awards over the years.

The continuing exciting developments for the museum will assure that it is a unique and key visitor attraction and venue in Ireland's Mid-West for years to come. You can be involved with this development by making a contribution to the development fund. The Museum is a registered Irish charity (Charity number CHY10251). PAYE workers, companies and corporations can make donations to the museum's development that are tax-deductible.

We would also be very grateful for donations of any type of memorabilia, photographs or other related material in relation to Pan Am or American Export Airlines dealing with the flying boat period (1937-1950).

Over 70% of our visitors come from overseas - mostly from the USA. US citizens who are interested in helping can contact the Irish American Partnership, who support the Museum as well as many other deserving Irish charities.
